Our Story

Rubato Media’s goal is to live out the concept of “Rubato” with our clients, customizing every aspect of digital strategy according to their needs and individual brands. Our business has grown organically as clients have come to us needing an expert paid media team. We spend 8-figures per year for our clients, primarily direct to consumer e-commerce brands.

A note from our founder

When I started Rubato Media, I believed it was possible to do two things at once. 1. Have a kick-ass career where I could TRULY help my clients through my knowledge rather than just driving a top-line revenue number at a large company. 2. Do this from any where in the world I wanted, whether that was my apartment in Paris, my dad’s kitchen in South Carolina, a beach in Colombia, a cafe in Berlin or a co-working spot in LA. 

It’s funny because most travelers think I’m crazy to work so much, and most career people think I’m crazy to travel so much. But I have created the life that I love and am passionate to live! And my mission is to continually channel this creatively into my clients’ brands and then beyond that to socially responsible projects and non-profits.

Bridgette

Founder & CEO

Bridgette’s first career was in music, graduating with a bachelors degree in piano performance. She started Rubato Media in November 2016 and is living out her dreams traveling the world and building her empire.

Gabe

Head of Media

Gabe got his start in software sales and immediately fell in love with user behavior, sales automation and being a part of business growth. He was introduced to digital advertising and has since helped various brands grow from as little as $25K MRR to $1MM MRR and beyond. His motivation comes from getting to know various business models and play his part in helping them grow.

Alex

Sr. Media Buyer

Alex gets excited by a challenge. Whether it’s brainstorming ways to grow your business, or reading a tricky 10 foot putt for birdie, you want him in your corner. Rubato is in his DNA and he wouldn’t have it any other way.

Naz

Media Buyer

Naz dedicated all of her education to digital marketing, gaining multiple degrees around the world. She was top of the class at UCLA and completed her MBA within a year. She has traveled to more than 10 countries and has learned to speak 4 languages.

Chad

Creative Director

Chad started his career as a content creator at FOX Sports and has gone on to work with NBC, Netflix and award-winning creative agencies. He is passionate about helping brands grow by telling their story in a creative and engaging way. Chad enjoys biking, snowboarding and hiking so if you see him on a trail, be sure to say hello.

Jose

Content Producer

Jose has been producing and editing videos professionally for over 10 years. He’s worked at the top two most recognizable sport networks, ESPN and FOX Sports. He won an Emmy at FOX Sports for Outstanding Trans-Media Sports Coverage: 2018 FIFA World Cup on FOX. Jose gets excited for new challenges because he believes that’s the only way to really test and improve one’s skills.
